mentioned they have to released the funds if the package is
confirmed delivered after 3 days, and positive feedback has been
left.. That is why I try not to deal INTL on eBay no more.. Takes
so much time to get to the buyer, meaning long wait for the funds
to be avail. Also its random. I sold like 5 qty of products and 3
got the hold and 2 came through perfectly.

I know! I just sold something and saw the new 21-day hold. Crazy. Hopefully the quicker deliver confirm method will speed it up. I'm not happy.

Only on eBay though.. But if you have a transaction outside of eBay and just use Paypal then there is no hold..
